were the same, Phillip Morris sold Rancho Mesa Properties, his
family’s
property management business of 17 years, to Alan C. Townsend in
the year of 2000. Besides natural client growth, Rancho Mesa Properties
has grown through strategic alliances based on the common ‘thread’ of
absolute commitment to personal, professional property management
services. This alliance gives us a strong presence San Diego’s
North County as well as allowing further expansion into the East
and South county areas.
