Daniel Zanoni
A California native from Marin County, grew up working at his father’s flooring business learning construction, estimating, and general business procedures. Throughout High school Daniel excelled in grades and lettered in Basketball and Track. On moving to San Diego in 2006, Daniel joined the Rancho Mesa Team and acquired a real estate license. His 2 years experience has earned him the opportunity to manage the La Jolla and University City rental homes for the company. Hard work and dedication has elevated Daniel to a full time member of the Rancho Mesa management staff.
In addition to property management, Daniel has developed a close working relationship with Ever home Mortgage Company. Attention to detail and strong marketing skills have enabled Daniel to be selected to manage and sell foreclosed homes throughout San Diego County. Through real estate sales and property management training, Daniel has developed many valuable skills in all areas of Real Estate including: Evictions, tenant negotiations, marketing and all areas of real estate sales.
