Gordon and Cathy have personally owned and managed residential rental property for 30+ years in San Diego. Beginning in 2005, as a partial owner of Rancho Mesa Properties, Gordon and Cathy now offer this management expertise to property owners along the I15 and SR56 corridors, from La Jolla to Rancho Bernardo. Supporting our Property Management activities is Cathy Carpenter, my wife, also a real estate agent, who helps with property inspections, tenant relations and office work. Property management extends back two generation in Gordon’s family, beginning with Gordon Sr. We are experienced in purchasing, selling and 1031 real estate exchanges, however our primary real estate focus is on providing you efficient and cost effective property management.
