Imelda Ortega
Imelda Ortega has been involved in property care and management for over 15 years in the San Diego Area. She was the on site manager of up to 210 rented apartments prior to joining Rancho Mesa Properties. The position required all aspects of operations and care, including City, Fire and Section 8 housing inspection & repairs. Other job requirements were the property accounting, banking, leasing and repair bidding & completion and inspections for all properties. Mrs Ortega is our companies section 8 specialist and a master of larger apartment buildings and single units and safety inspection. Imelda speaks English and Spanish.
