If you would like us to find a quality tenant for your property, we provide a Leasing Only Service. If you  prefer to handle the day-to-day management of your property but you do not have the time or availability to market and show vacancies on a moment’s notice, nor the expertise in choosing a new tenant and preparing the proper documents, this is the right program for you!

Our Leasing Only Services Include
  • Review Application with you in Detail
  • Lease Negotiation
  • Execute Rental/Lease Agreement
  • Collect First Month’s Rent & Security Deposit
  • Conduct Move-In Inspection of the Property
  • Turn over Original Documents Including
    • The Lease
    • Move-In Evaluation
    • Excess Move-In Funds, Less our Commission
After this process we then turn the day-to-day management back over to you, or you can elect to add our Monthly Management Service. Our fee for this service is 6 months management commission plus $150.00.
