Rancho Mesa Properties has done a great job managing our various properties. They managed 2 commercial, and 2 residential properties for us. They helped us prepare one for sale, and have done a great job. They are responsive, frugal, innovative and do great accounting reports that are available through a client portal. We have been tenants of Rancho Mesa Properties for the last 3 years and have gone through multiple landlords.. and for the first couple years no one was very responsive (I'm guessing they had a high turnover during that period). Then we found out a few months ago that the owner of the house we were renting from was selling it. Eek! It was soo unexpected and we were freaking out because we know how volatile the market is right now. Luckily we had the pleasure of working directly with landlord, Imelda Ortega.
