Using Rancho Mesa Properties to manage our rental property in San Diego was one of the best business decisions we've ever made.
Our rental property was over 1000 miles from where we live. The financial necessity of having someone we could trust manage our investment cannot be overstated.
For the past eight years Imelda, our property manager, has taken care of all issues efficiently and to everyone's satisfaction. When a contractor was needed, the bill was reasonable and the quality was high. When a tenant moved on, Rancho Mesa's marketing team had new applicants lined up within days.
When it came time to sell the property we opted for Rancho Mesa as our realty agent. The market was tough but our property sold at a very good price. Since their team was familiar with the property, and had maintained good relations with our tenant, the sale went smoothly.
