We are landlords and have worked with Rancho Mesa Properties since 2014. I expect a very high level of service from vendors and don't often get it, but Rancho Mesa Properties is the exception! They are FABULOUS. I'm not even sure how they do it, but if I send an email request to Charles, he always answers me in less than 5 minutes. They are super, super responsive and never bother us with things - they just take care of it. Highly recommend.

1. This review is through the lense of a property owner. I cant speak to the tenant experience that someone would receive.

2. I decided to use RMP after a inhouse consultation from Alan Townsend. Alan is an absolute wealth of knowledge and is a straigh shooter. Tons of experience and if this is your first time renting a home then you better listen, cause the advice will save you money and headaches. Once I spoke with Alan for a bit and review the property I signed right away.

3. They took picture, and listed on multiple sites and we got interest almost immediately. It was rented in 4 days. Marketing is superb by them

4. Once the tenant was in I worked directly with Charles Park. He is an ace and perfectly managed all tenant relations and helped with any requests. Extremely prompt in his communication and very direct as well. Not a time waster.

Home sweet home

Rancho Mesa used to manage our property until this past summer. When the new managers took over they were missing important documents pertaining to our lease and our initial deposit for the apartment. It had been months but we were able to contact Rancho Mesa Properties earlier this month and with Imelda Ortega's help, kindness, patience, and assistance, (she DID NOT have to help us) she found the appropriate paperwork for my boyfriend and I and she essentially saved us $1100!!!! Tracy and I would like to thank Ms. Imelda Ortega for all of her help, we truly appreciate it.
