I rented a house for over five years with Rancho Mesa. Luckily for me they were shielding me from a ridiculous landlord. They home owner wanted to keep my entire $2,300 deposit because the grass wasn't as green as when I moved in (moved in during the Spring, and moved out during the end of a hot/dry summer), along with other ridiculous nit-picky BS. Charles and Alan were the voice of reason and ensured I got the appropriate amount that was owed to me, and I got it back in a timely manner. Up until the deposit issue, I had zero complaints with the five years of service I had with RMP. Prompt service requests and very professional with every encounter. Highly recommended.

Had such a pleasant time working with Rancho Mesa Properties. Right from the get go, I spoke with Christian, and he was able to help me find a property to rent and he even took the time to walk me through the entire process.

When it comes to customer service, in the beginning it took a little time for the team to communicate back to me, yet as I continued to work with them and their process, they were able deliver exactly what I was looking for.

This is an update to my previous review! Rancho Mesa Properties has not disappointed. They have been managing the property I own for 10 years strong now. They are consistent with their services and communication has been wonderful. I have had some major maintenance issues over the past decade due to normal wear and tear on the property. Rancho Mesa Properties has always quickly responded to these maintenance issues and kept me informed every step of the way. I hope to move back into my home sometime in the future but until then I plan to keep Rancho Mesa Properties as Property Managers.

Rancho Mesa Properties has been managing a property I own in the San Diego area since 2008. They are exceptional property managers. I have had great tenants and my property has been well maintained.
