I rented a property in the UTC area for 8 years and had excellent service from Rancho Mesa Properties. Their staff - Daniel, Imelda and Allan were always professional, understanding and very responsive. I received individualized attention whenever I contacted them and their efficiency is to be commended. I would highly recommend this company and will miss them now that I've moved. I only hope that my new property management company endeavors to provide such quality service.

We own several rental properties and have used several property management companies over the years. Rancho Mesa is by far the best company we have used. When there is a problem at one of the units, they take care of the problem very efficiently. We have almost no tenant turnover since they are happy when problems are handled well. Imelda and Alan are great to work with and always return our calls quickly as well as our tenant's calls. I have recommended Rancho Mesa to other property owners several times.

Their great service extended all the way through our move-out day. If there was an issue with maintenance, they would be on top of it immediately.

Honestly, RMP has been the best rental management company that my girlfriend and I have dealt with in all of San Diego. Props to Daniel, Charles and Kyle for making our lives a lot easier by actually responding to our requests and concerns in a timely manner, something in which is difficult to find in other rental management companies.

We've been in our place for two months and so far so good! We had a few repair requests that were met promptly and our landlord is very easily accessible.
