Recently, Five Star Professional partnered with San Diego Magazine to identify real estate, mortgage and insurance professionals in the San Diego area who deliver outstanding service and client satisfaction. Among the winners, our very own Five Star Real Estate agent, Alan Townsend who has won this prestigious award for the last eight years. Each year, the Five Star Real Estate Agent Program identifies and showcases real estate professionals in a local market with the highest scores in overall satisfaction.
How Winners Are Chosen
To receive the Five Star Real Estate Agent award, a real estate agent must satisfy five objective eligibility and evaluation criteria that are associated with real estate agents who provide quality services to their clients. Their methodology can be viewed here. The Five Star Professional research team uses their proprietary research process to survey homebuyers, home sellers and industry peers, as well as online consumer evaluations. Survey respondents then rate their service professional on criteria such as overall satisfaction and whether they would recommend the them to a friend. The research methodology allows no more than 7% of professionals in each category to receive the award.
